Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
With a foundation in government and ministerial relations, Amana began her career developing policy and communications across multiple ministerial portfolios. She later transitioned into the international arts sector, representing a world-renowned artist and delivering fine art exhibitions throughout Europe, Australia and the United States.
Her ability to build trusted relationships and navigate complex stakeholder environments enabled her to bridge corporate and creative industries while supporting philanthropic and charitable initiatives.
As an entrepreneur and founder of a successful business, Amana now brings this diverse experience to Bundarra, delivering strategic commercial outcomes through collaboration, innovation and practical leadership.
Proudly embracing her Indigenous heritage, Amana is passionate about creating educational and entrepreneurial pathways for young people, particularly in STEM and the performing arts. She is equally committed to improving health outcomes and creating opportunities that strengthen Indigenous communities and future generations.
Megan Hart is an accomplished investigations, compliance and safety professional with more than 20 years' experience across the healthcare and transport sectors.
She has extensive expertise in incident investigations, auditing, risk management, operational assurance and regulatory compliance within complex, safety-critical environments. Throughout her career, Megan has strengthened governance frameworks, delivered evidence-based investigations and driven continuous improvement through practical risk and assurance strategies.
Known for building strong professional relationships, Megan works collaboratively across organisations to foster effective stakeholder engagement, cross-functional partnerships and positive operational outcomes.
A pragmatic leader with a strong commitment to safety, accountability and operational excellence, Megan brings a disciplined and solutions-focused approach to every project.

Director International Indigenous Development
Sharon Cavanagh-Luskin is a proud First Nations woman of Kuuku Ya'u, Irukandji and Wonnarua heritage. A respected leader in Indigenous STEM, science and education, she has dedicated her career to creating opportunities that empower Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities through innovation, collaboration and culturally grounded engagement.
As the founder of Illuminate-FNQ, Australia's only all-female Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander-led science company, Sharon has led pioneering initiatives that promote First Nations leadership in STEM, including Australia's first science festival delivered by First Nations scientists and the International Space, Science, STEM & Eco Fest.
With a background in public health and as a Queensland State Fulbright Scholar, Sharon combines research, education and community engagement to build meaningful partnerships across industry, government, universities and First Nations communities.
Driven by her deep connection to Country, Sharon is passionate about advancing education, innovation and economic opportunities while championing First Nations leadership and inspiring future generations through science and cultural knowledge.
